The rules of using Dexa Video — clear, fair, and simple.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Dexa FZE LLC ("Dexa", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Dexa Video mobile application ("the App") and any related services we offer. By installing, opening, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Dexa Video. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Dexa Video on Android devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Dexa Video offers an optional paid upgrade called Dexa Pro that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold and managed through Google Play.

Dexa Video may allow you to access content from third-party services and websites. We do not own, control, or endorse that content, and we are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party content is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.
If a third-party source changes its rules, removes content, or becomes unavailable, features that depend on that source may stop working temporarily or permanently.
With your permission, we may send you push notifications and in-app announcements about updates, new features, and other information related to the App. You can turn off notifications at any time in your Android settings without affecting your use of the App.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
The Dexa Video App, the Dexa name and logo, and all related software, designs, and content provided by us are the property of Dexa FZE LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right or licence to use those assets beyond the limited licence granted above.
Content you access or download through the App remains the property of its original rights holder.
We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App from time to time. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
You can stop using Dexa Video at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexa FZE LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory — including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexa FZE LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you within the App before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
