For most engagements, within 7–10 working days. Discovery sprints can usually start the week after a signed agreement.
Engagements typically run from a 4-week scoped sprint to a multi-quarter platform build. Pricing is fixed-scope or monthly retainer — never billed by the hour. We share a transparent estimate after discovery.
Yes — we build a number of seed-stage MVPs every year. Where pre-seed budgets are tight we'll sometimes work for a mix of cash and equity for the right team.
We're headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and operate across timezones. Most of our work is delivered remotely; we travel for kick-off and major reviews.
You do — fully. Every repo, every secret, every credential. We default to your GitHub org, your cloud accounts, and full handover documentation at the end of every engagement.
