Welcome to Dexa Video. At Dexa FZE LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application ("the App").

We are committed to minimal data collection. Dexa Video does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

Local-First Approach: Your downloaded videos, library, playlists, favourites, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We do not maintain a remote copy of your content.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), restricted access to internal systems, and regular security reviews.
Retention: The limited information we do receive is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You can clear app data or uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored information.
Dexa Video requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its features. Below is a full breakdown:

Dexa Video is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure that data is promptly removed.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via an in-app notice.
